		<description>A nice followup to the Dalek postage would have been one featuring the fellow who has regularly saved mankind from their hateful mechanical exploits, the good Doctor (my vote going for Tom Baker in the role). Unfortunately, a stamp featuring the cold virus, which gives Martians terminal sniffles, would be lackluster to say the very least.</description>
