Space Shuttle Discovery crawls toward Pad 39A on August 4

Space Shuttle Discovery crawled over to Pad 39A yesterday; STS-128 will launch later this month with yet more stuff for the ISS. Yay, launching and stuff.

No doubt, dear reader, you have noticed my fascination with SCALE when it comes to spaceflight. I simply adore showing great big spaceships with itty bitty people next to them. Like this:

Another person walks alongside the crawler treads en route to Pad 39A. If I were this person, I would be quite unnerved.
