We had a rocket like that in Lorenzi Park here in Las Vegas. It was a bit skinnier and I am not certain if there was a slide there. I remember it from the mid to late 1970s….

That is so cool, I would have loved to have a rocket playground when I was a kid! (Instead, I pretended. A LOT.)
