About websites…
My goal is to provide you with a high-quality website that efficiently and authentically communicates its purpose to your viewers. During your free consultation, I will do my best to determine what sort of site will best suit your needs.
I am an artist, and designing websites that are visually pleasing is my priority. However, it’s equally important that I build websites that are easy to navigate, mobile responsive, secure, and quick to load.
Above all else, I create websites that realize the dreams, expectations, and needs of my clients!
About logo and graphic design…
Custom logo designs “from paper to pixel” are my passion. Logos and graphics designed by me do not incorporate “clip art”, AI, or similar sources.
About social media and blogging…
Creating and maintaining a successful blog or social media presence takes hard work, dedication, and more hard work. (Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!) Like all business marketing, unless you hire someone to manage it for you, all of that work falls upon your shoulders. During your free consultation, we will discuss social media and blogging options, and narrow down what best fits the needs of your business and life. This will allow you to gain maximum exposure and impact, while minimizing the amount of work required.
About pricing…
I try to keep pricing simple and flexible, and create pricing packages that best fit each client. I always strive to find the most efficient and economical solution. For instance, if you are a nonprofit organization, I can connect you to free or low-cost web hosting options.
Websites & Logos: New website, redesign, and logo design projects cost a flat fee. Websites begin at $1,400 (though there are exceptions that may cost significantly less) and can cost as much as $15,000. Package pricing deals are often available (ex: website and logo bundles). For these larger projects, I create personalized proposals, presenting all options and costs for your approval.
For smaller projects, I usually charge by the hour – $95/hour, calculated by tenths of an hour, with no minimum fee. Content changes are billed on an hourly basis, and usually take between one and three tenths of an hour to complete (thus costing between $9.50 and $28.50).
Maintenance is offered on a monthly subscription basis, costing between $25 and $100 per month.
A note about evening, weekend, and rush projects:
Although my normal business hours run from Monday through Friday, I am often available after-hours to accommodate emergencies and time-sensitive requests. In these instances, I may charge up to twice the normal rate. Pricing factors for these situations include how much advance notice I receive and the breadth of the work required. I thank you for your understanding.

Fulfillment of Services
Delivery
- Services and materials will be delivered through the channels and means agreed upon by the client and designer during the initial proposal phase.
- Websites are “complete” once they have launched live on the client’s hosting service and Silver Rockets has sent the final project invoice.
- Website maintenance is conducted at least twice weekly. Updates to software are conducted after Silver Rockets has determined that the new versions may be stable and safe enough to use with the client’s website.
- Silver Rockets cannot vouch for or guarantee the integrity and stability of every third party software update; therefore, Silver Rockets can only guess when these are safe enough to implement. Bearing this in mind, every update assumes a risk. However, considering the ever-shifting security landscape, the benefits of updating website software components always outweigh the risks.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the client’s responsible for ensuring availability and delivering required materials in a timely manner.
- The client must maintain web hosting subscriptions, domain name licenses, and service license renewals.
- When requested Silver Rockets may handle these tasks for the client, for an additional nominal fee.
