We may periodically revise and update these terms; therefore, we encourage you to review these terms of use each time you visit the Site, prior to engaging in new services through the Company. If you do not agree to the terms of use, do not use the Site or any services provided by the Company.
These terms of use are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent under law. If a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction subsequently finds any provision of these terms of use to be invalid, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain intact and in full force and effect.
By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Oregon govern these Terms of Use as well as any cause of action arising under or relating to your use of the Site, products or services provided by the Company. Designers, Programmers, and Mentors at Silver Rockets are not legal experts or licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose illness nor prescribe treatment or medication. The offerings of the Site shall not be used in lieu of professional legal advice or treatment from a licensed medical professional. The use or reliance upon information and services provided on the Site or through the Company does not constitute a patient-practitioner relationship or a client-attorney relationship.
Any advice or techniques offered through this Site or by the Company are not to be construed as legal, medical, or psychological advice. This provision specifically applies to any services or contact between the Company and a user of the Site through product design or maintenance, video conferencing sessions, in-person meetings, phone calls, email communications, and any other method by which said services may be provided.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company, the Site, and any agents thereof or thereto for any legal claim for injury or other loss sustained from viewing the Site or using services provided by the Company. This indemnification is intended to extend to any incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the Site or any services or information provided by the Company. You voluntarily accept all risks of use of the Site and services provided therein.
The Site and other services and products produced by the Company may contain various client testimonials and references to other resources, providers, services, and products. Testimonials do not constitute a guarantee, warranty or prediction of a given outcome. The Company has no affiliation and makes no guarantees of effectiveness or veracity of any third-party product, service, resource or individual. When you request any design or website maintenance services, consultation, or mentoring advice that is offered through Silver Rockets, you agree to the following consent:
I understand that designers and mentors offered through Silver Rockets (Jenai May) are not legal experts, licensed therapists, psychologists, or health care practitioners. Mentors at Silver Rockets offer advice and services as self-help educators only.
Information shared through a Silver Rockets Mentor should not be construed as legal advice, medical advice, diagnoses, or medical treatment. I understand that mentoring practices are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment or medications and that mentors at Silver Rockets recommend that I work with my primary caregiver for any condition I may have.
I understand that all the information I share with Silver Rockets is confidential and that no information will be released to any third party without my express written consent. Exceptions may be made if Silver Rockets determines that there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or others.
I agree to take complete responsibility for my legal liabilities, professional reputation, comfort, health, and well-being while working with Silver Rockets.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fulfillment Policy for Design, Maintenance, and Mentoring Services:

At Silver Rockets, we are committed to delivering high-quality website and graphic design, associated maintenance services, and business mentoring services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and general fulfillment procedures. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing or reserving our services or products.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
Eligibility for Refunds
Refundable Website, Graphic Design, Branding, and Marketing Items
Refunds are available only for website and graphic design services that meet the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the date of the down payment or final payment.
- The services have not been partially or fully rendered.
- The services or product(s) are not provided by a third-party provider.
Refundable Business Mentoring Items
Refunds are available only for pre-paid business mentoring sessions that meet the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- The session has not been partially or fully used.
Non-Refundable Items
- Payments made for completed services or sessions.
- Any digital products, downloadable materials, or resources by Silver Rockets.
- Any products or services that are sold by third-party providers.
How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email us at with your full name, payment details, and reason for the request.
- If approved by Silver Rockets, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
For Individual Business Mentoring Sessions & Professional Speaking Engagements
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, if approved for a refund, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows are always non-refundable.
For Website Maintenance Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are only available if the cancellation is requested within the first 14 days of the subscription and no services have been used.

Fulfillment of Services
Scheduling and Delivery of Business Mentoring Sessions
- All mentoring sessions will be scheduled in advance through email, chat, or our online booking system.
- Sessions will be delivered via video conferencing platform or in person, as agreed upon during booking.
Technical Issues During Mentoring Sessions
- If technical issues occur during a session, and the fault is on the Company’s end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
- If technical issues occur during a session, and the fault is on the Client’s end, Silver Rockets reserves the right to charge a 50% rescheduling fee.
Scheduling and Delivery of Web Design, Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, and Website Maintenance Services
- If a project-specific timeline is not stated in the client’s project proposal, then the service and/or product may be delivered anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks from the date of the first payment, down payment, or whichever comes first.
- The timeliness of project delivery depends, in part, upon the client’s prompt communication and delivery of materials that are requested by Silver Rockets.
- Website Maintenance Services are delivered as needed and monitored between 2 and 3 times per week. Maintenance updates may be delayed if Silver Rockets has determined that the component is not yet adequately tested nor stable enough to be placed on the client’s website.
Customer Responsibilities
- For Business Mentoring Sessions, it is the customer’s responsibility for ensuring availability at the scheduled time and providing accurate contact information for session delivery.
- For Website, Graphic Design, Branding, and Marketing Services, it is the customer’s responsibility to be familiar with the terms outlined within the customer’s customized project and/or service proposal that was provided by Silver Rockets prior to project commencement, and for promptly communicating and delivering correct materials and accurate information in the formats and methods requested by Silver Rockets.
